We started Arva Estates because the rural property market is broken. Real listings are buried under bad photos, vague descriptions, and agents chasing commissions on apartments downtown.
We work region by region, with local experts who know the land, the legal status and the people behind every estate. Every property on Arva is reviewed before it is published.
Arva Estates is operated by JeHa Wikinger UG, an independent European company. We are not a brokerage. We don't take sales commission. Our business is helping people find the land they've been looking for.
