Newsletter / Find My Property form — first and last name, email, phone (optional), countries and property types of interest, land size, budget, tax and banking status, and any comments you provide.
For Agents / List Your Property forms — name, agency, contact email and phone, and the property details you choose to submit.
Technical data — anonymous analytics about page visits (no profiling, no advertising cookies).

How we use your data

We use your data only to:

Match you with relevant rural properties and send our newsletter.
Connect you with vetted local agents and legal partners when you request it.
Process and review property submissions from agents and sellers.
Improve the website (anonymous analytics).

We do not sell your data

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. We share it only with vetted local partners (agents, lawyers, notaries) when this is necessary to complete a request you have made — and only the minimum required to do so.
